Our Hybrid SaaS solution incorporates HP’s new TX1 Solution, which includes a HP Pro Tablet running Windows 8.1, tablet stand with magnetic stripe reader, standard-duty cash drawer, and receipt printer. The stand holds the tablet upright for ease of use, and connects quickly and easily with the 4-port USB hub.
Our Custom Configuration Department pre-loads the tablet with pcAmerica’s Restaurant Pro Express or Cash Register Express software. These POS programs easily integrate with traditional PC-based point-of-sale systems and are ideal for areas with limited space where mobility is a must. Our Return Policy for software is consistent with the manufacturer’s license agreement. We do not accept returns of Printheads, Media (labels, ribbon, receipt paper, etc.), Software, Encrypted Products or Symbol Service Contracts. For certain items all sales are final and returns are not available, see product descriptions for information. Magtek and Pioneer Products are Non-Returnable. (as per manufacturers policy) Select Opticon Products - OPN2002 and H16 - are Non-Returnable. (as per manufacturers policy)
To receive credit, all products must 1) be returned in their original packaging, 2) include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc., 3) be clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory fresh condition. All products must be returned double boxed, with no markings or writing on the original box. Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. If the returned item meets all the above requirements, it will be accepted and a restocking fee will be applied depending on the sale value of the returned items: DOA items (Dead on Arrival) must be returned within 20 days from receipt to receive a replacement. We do not provide cash refunds. We only replace returned items.
